Make a Payment
Please have your Homeowner Association Statement available to complete the requested information for paying online.

You have several options to pay your monthly assessments.

  1. Return your payment in the enclosed envelope that will accompany your statement (please do not include any other items with your check as it is sent to a processing center).
  2. Set up your monthly payments to be automatically debited (ACH) from your bank account. 
  3. Set up your monthly payments with a bill pay service.
  4. You may pay online  (By clicking the logo above.)

Here are the options through Sunwest Bank’s Website that you can utilize:

  • E-CHECK - You can pay at Sunwest Bank’s website by e-check, which is of no charge to you.
  • CREDIT CARD - You can pay by credit card which has a processing fee. (Cards accepted are: American Express, Visa, MasterCard and Discover).
  • DEBIT CARD - You can pay with your debit card for a service charge fee.
  • PAY BY TEXT/EMAIL - You may also sign up to pay via Text or Email, this option is free. Once you sign up for this feature, once a month you will receive either a Text or Email (depending on which one you would like to use) to remind you of the payment due and you will have the option to respond to the Text or Email by typing in “pay” and the dollar amount to pay. One click and your assessment is paid. We are not in charge of your account. Once you sign up online it is your responsibility the payment is made.
